Hope Park House is located on the Balmoral Road in Rattray, Blairgowrie. When leaving Blairgowrie, simply take a left along Balmoral Road and look out for our signposts on the right about halfway along the street. From here you will see our signposted gates that will lead you up to the house.

We are lucky to have a beautiful and spacious building with plenty of room for all of our residents and guests and planned activities. Our care home is set in beautiful landscaped grounds and we have two enclosed gardens which provide sensory plants and equipment as well as the opportunity to pick soft fruit, apples and plums in season.

Blairgowrie is a wonderful location with a multitude of activities on offer for our residents and day visitors. We are surrounded by Perthshire’s rolling hills and Hope Park House is nestled just across the road from the River Ericht, famous for it’s salmon and trout fishing.

For family members of our residents at Hope Park House, Blairgowrie has a number of lovely restaurants and cafes for you to visit for a bite to eat. The Cateran Cafe offers delicious coffee and treats, and just down the road from Hope Park House you will find Little’s Restaurant, specialising in fresh, local seafood caught by Fish in Crieff, also owned by Willie Little.

Blairgowrie has a number of community activities that are also well worth a visit. Once a month Strathmore Screen offers one of the latest cinema releases for viewing in the Blairgowrie Town Hall. There is a tuck shop on offer, with delicious home baking, and tickets can be purchased from Mitchell’s Newsagents

Blairgowrie also hosts a number of events in the Wellmeadow throughout the year including Braemar Night with live music and performances, Blairgowrie Community Market with a number of local traders held on the last Saturday of the month, and numerous tea dances and bingo nights held in the local town hall. Blairgowrie also has a large number of local shops and stunning walks that you and your loved one can explore.

Day Care in Blairgowrie

Our care home in Blairgowrie offers specialised day care services for people living with dementia. We are available seven days a week and our day care users enjoy the full range of care available to our permanent residents. We also offer transport for wheelchair users if required. We are registered for up to 10 day care users per day.
